Refund policy

We hope every Pocketful of Joy order makes you smile. If something is not right, please email hello@pocketfulofjoystore.com with your order number and we will help.

Online returns

For most online orders, you can tell us you would like to cancel or return your order within 28 days of receiving it. You then have another 28 days to send the item back to us.

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and with any packaging, labels or gift packaging included where possible. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will check it and process any approved refund back to the original payment method within 14 days. 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, if your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can put it right quickly.

Personalised and hygiene-sensitive items

Personalised, custom made or hygiene sensitive items may not be returnable unless faulty, damaged or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In-store purchases

Please return in store purchases to the Pocketful of Joy shop and bring your receipt or proof of purchase.
