Yes! You can choose collection from our Kilmarnock shop at checkout. We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready, then you can pop in and collect it.

Yes. For most online purchases, contact us within 28 days of delivery to start your return, then send the item back within 28 days of letting us know.
Are personalised pieces returnable?
Because personalised pieces are made especially for you, they may be excluded from returns where the law allows, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
